HEY, YOU. Yeah, you. Call your Senators today about the public land sale provision in the "Big Beautiful Bill." Use this script:

As I watch the richest person on earth and the fucking President have a messy AF break up on social media, I never, ever, EVER wanna hear anyone so much as whisper that "women are more emotional than men."

Doesn't Harvard have *checks notes* a whole-ass law school?

*Mr. Burns fingers* Release the lawyers.

Look. I've become proficient enough in crock pot cooking that I mean it both figuratively AND literally when I say: eat. the. r1ch. 🍽

Maybe it was the delirium due to speed intervals on this AM's run, but if someone handier than me could make a Kleya/Luthen compilation set to Hozier's "Who We Are," that'd be great, thanks.

GOOD MORNING... because pushback WORKS... Secretary RFK Jr's office number is 202-690-7000.

Remember: if the elderly and high risk patients are OK to take the c 0 V 1 d shot, if the implication is that it's safe enough for them, that means it's safe enough for EVERYONE.

Cute kitten just because.

Because pushback WORKS... the contact phone numbers for the FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation & Research (CBER) are 800-835-4709 / 240-402-8010...

As we round the corner to the final week of Andor, a friendly reminder that not everyone needs to be tied to anyone else... not everyone needs a backstory... not everyone needs a clean conclusion.

I've placed one Amazon order in the last five months (most of it was paid for by gift credits from work, with me paying $20 out of pocket, because the kiddo needed sandals).

Out of morbid curiosity, I decided to compare that against what I spent at Amazon by this point last year...

Started my morning/month by Googling, "what to do if you get cat saliva in your eye," so I'm sure it's all up from here!

Me: "Kiddo, can you recreate for Dad the sound both me and your pediatrician made at the same time today when discussing the BS vaccines are facing in this country?"

Kiddo: "UGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH."

Me: "She even got the tone right!!"

Happy Administrative Professionals' Day to all the admins who don't put this one day on their bosses' calendars, because we're already juggling everything else and got reminded by the nearby elementary school announcement sign and now are like, "..... oh." 🫠

Even with decent insurance, just for my kiddo's birth (c-section, because she was NOT flipping, she was comfy!), we paid $10k out of pocket. So fuck right off with your measly $5k per child plan. 🖕🖕

Parenting hack:

Alleviate your bone-obsessed kiddo's worries about the orthodontist by telling her the office probably has a bunch of teeth/jaw models she can look at/hold. 🦷

We knew exactly what this administration was going to do because it was written in Project 2025.

Folks can be surprised at how quickly it has moved, but no one can act like they didn't know.

There have been so many inspiring moments watching my kiddo, who has dyslexia, put in the work over the last year with her reading tutor. This past weekend, watching her sound out my bumper sticker, "Eat... the... r1ch," was just straight up fun. 🍽️

To the multiple cars sporting rainbow bumper stickers in the Costco parking lot this AM... and to the car with the "elect a clown, expect a circus" magnet...

You set the house on fire, watched it burn, and then lost your nerve and put it out. You now have a partially burned house. Great job.
