My community has been watching this post-election Brooklyn art world tennis match shake out materially and emotionally like they're watching Serena reach the up with which she will not put with some Scandinavian rookie with a two-point lead in the final set.

Things that work: equine therapy, strength training, aquariophily, white widow, headphones & ambient/jazz tunes, event planning, writing, letting my dog sit on my chest, box breaths, red meat, having a partner/friends who know when to stop listening to what I am saying & simply hug me.
