There's some smugness around how stupid US politics is compared to European but I can't stress how clownish our politicians look when dealing with Trump. The tariffs are a great example of this.

Why do I continue to insist that it's a good idea to do stuff like "set up a media server" or "maybe I'll set ut up as a nas"?

I've been watching Luther and I thought the formula for theses kinds of shows are "he might not follow the rules, but he gets results" but no, with Luther, it's "he might not follow the rules, but he also fucks up a bunch and fails a lot".

Sigh, every once in a while, my brain remember that much to my regret, I think technology and computers are fun, and I have to entertain the thought of refreshing my coding skills untill the notion pass.

I've been (very)slowly making progress through Silksong and while I do think the game is way too difficult for me, it's not the bosses that are my issue. It's the regular enemies and the frequency of arena-fights.

I don't think an assassination is a good thing, and will not lead to good things. That doesn't mean I don't find it funny, or think it could have happened to a more deserving guy.

Related. People in a hissyfit over how the new DC movie canon works. "How can The Suicide Squad be canon if.." it literally doesn't matter. You get what's going on, and new fans doesn't have to know. It's so easy.
I always find it amusing when film critics ding a film for something they imagine someone else might find confusing. I feel I've seen so many Superman critiques about how Superman skips the origin, and while *they* get it, someone else might not

I've been wanting to try 3D modelling for a while, primarily CAD, but ideally Blender. I think I could learn but I find it hard to take the time to study and practice. I work infront of a computer all day, I don't want to sit there too much on my free time.

I think it's important to understand, though TERFs will insist otherwise, that they would not mind a man offering to help. They will construct social rules and swear by their life on them to excuse that they hate to see trans people.
I wrote to M&S about the stupid lingerie department story - confirms nobody offered a bra fitting to a teenage girl. The Telegraph and JK can (always) do one.
