#Kinktober - Day 8 | Shibari
Drawing of my OC, Arthur, tied so he hangs upside down, a red glow emitting from his eyes. I've never drawn suspension before!! It was a lot of fun to try and figure out my own pattern as well, with a few references for ideas, like the arms and legs, but the chest I was winging it (haha) Super happy with how it turned out ccc: KTOBER25

No updates to install, it's nearly a decade old;; was hoping that it would fix itself like last time, but this might be the end of my faithful companion o7

"I guess.. You're a special case like that." the background show's the writing equipment Ashen left behind on the desk. "..." then he looks to the side, ears in airplane mode and eyes huge, round, and glistening, his face blushing up very red. "I..." 4th panel, Ashen leaps onward in panic to kiss Lella. His wing conveniently sensors everything. 5th + 6th panels, closeup of lips separating, and Ashen looking pouty and blushing, but he doesn't back off much. In a tiny text he replies ".... There is a genre of advice that I refer to as "how to win the lottery advice." People who lucked out love to pretend that it wasn't luck, it was their intelligence and strategy, and that is something that can be replicated by doing this or that (and they're almost always selling a "course.")

I always say that hard work buys you a lotto ticket, but luck still draws it. Plenty of really talented people will never ever find success. There are things you can do to buy additional lotto tickets like making connections and showing up, but luck will always, always be a factor.

Some of the best advice I ever heard was from @silviamg.bsky.social who said that you shouldn't set goals that require other people to do what you want. You can write a book. That's a goal. You can't control whether anyone buys it. Other people have free will.

Base color version of previous lineart. Background is a deep blue. Hair is light blue, slightly more saturated light blue, aquamarine, and deep blue. Woman's skin is light blue with upper lip being dark blue and lower lip being aquamarine. Backdrop of crescent moon is goldish yellow while the actual moon pieces are a pale green. Beading stayed white.
