Make friends. Real ones.

1) Have the main beats of your story down, but don't be married to writing out the entire thing. Just like life, nothing is concrete and you'll want to add more stuff as you progress. This is a good thing
2) Just start. Learn the fundamentals, but start even if it's just writing
