Mei doesn't like cake at all 😭😭 it's way too cloying and sweet for them (they don't like most sweets). if they had to eat it, it'd be some sort of cake with fruit on it (and even then they'd probably just pick all the fruit and nuts off and eat those LMFAO)

mei's husband is the wol! so they're still involved in msq. my friend and i have a combined canon so when i play I'm more taken notes of 'would mei be here or stay behind?' and i generally imagine my friend's chara doing msq and alert her when i think mei would be there so we can plan accordingly
A #WoLQotD for the players: For those of you with OCs who aren't a WoL, how do you square that with MSQ? Do you just kind of ignore it, or do you have a tie-in for them?

if you had to ask them mei would probably say they like it long bc of styling opportunities but they really follow the whim of the scissors and cycle through tons of styles constantly LOL they were a bit apprehensive of super short styles but after most of their hair burnt off once it's not bad 😃👍

Mei can't use magic much at bc their aether is pretty weak but the miniscule times they have used it the general consensus is 'why is it spicy'
Very 100% normal #wolqotd but my curiosity can contain it no longer: What would your WoL/OC's aether taste like? :D assuming it were assigned a flavor profile of some sort, what would it be? If they somehow subsist on some other source of energy, then the question still applies ^^

my beloved friend fantasias georg who fantasia'ed multiple times a week randomly landed on a catboy and i put my catboy next to hers and in the way only two seasoned fanfic writers would we 👀👀👀👀👀👀'ed each other and proceeded to completely overhaul our charas lores to ship them together lmfao

growing up poor with not much to their name gave Mei the ability to sleep with next to nothing (very famously to the scions they managed to fall asleep on a set of stairs in mor dhona) THAT BEING SAID....given the option of comfy nest of blankets and pillows? they are piling that shit UP!!!

Mei has no connection to faith at all, in the short time with their parents their dad never talked about it and neither did their mom. while their mom's clan had some spirituality with nature and ancestry that Mei somewhat subscribes too, it's not particularly strong /1

i think people forget that estinien is very much "wol is my ride or die" even if he's not explicit about it the same way some npcs are very much "i love da wol" his style of affection (platonic or otherwise) is like a cat when they bring you a dead rat and be like "i killed this for you it's a gift"

mei gets lonely quite easily, but they are very good at grinning and bearing it bc they were alone for so long, you can really tell bc since they're usually so cheery and chatty, if they start overdoing it and overworking you can tell they're trying to keep loneliness out of their mind
