Un pas de plus vers la paix en République Démocratique du Congo. Le gouvernement congolais et le mouvement rebelle M23 ont signé, samedi à Doha, un accord-cadre visant à mettre fin aux combats meurtriers dans l'est du pays, qui ont déjà fait des milliers de morts et provoqué le déplacement de centaines de milliers de civils depuis le début de l'année.
