Some of the missing Alligator Alcatraz detainees are located here: Camp East Montana in El Paso, Texas, on the Fort Bliss Army Base. Similar concerns about conditions in this "soft-sided" facility (tent camp) have continued to emerge. Ways to help at the link in my bio.
