Today they have crossed a deep red line.

We, the people, must hold the president and his appointees accountable for this outrageous abuse against American liberty.

Oh Giro, a million and more thanks for the beautiful story. It has been a lifeboat in stormy news waters and a reminder of the good and the beauty in the world; of the humanity, the kindness and the heart and soul that fills our lives with meaning. I am so, so grateful for ALL of it.

Has Pello Bilbao made every break on mountainous stages?
Chapeau to him because it does seem to me that every day he is up there.

I love it and I am 100% here for it. Vamos Pello!!!💖

What is so impressive about @lidltrek.bsky.social is not so much that they’ve won 6 (right?) stages this Giro but the beautiful TEAMWORK that led them to those wins.

Bravissimo Carlos Verona and the entire team. All season long they’ve put on this beautiful show.

Now is a great time to reach out to your member of Congress who promised not to cut Medicaid.

Or to your conservative friends who don't think we should be exploding the debt.

Because today, Donald Trump met with Republicans on Capitol Hill, trying to pass a bill that would do both.

It may be a rest day (which is usually a sad occasion) but I am still buzzing about the soul filling beauty of yesterday's Giro stage and the glory of Wout van Aert's stage win.

I also LOVE that all of my social media feeds are still filled with that joy. It is much appreciated right now.

ETSY SHOP UPDATE:
Oh my, today’s Giro stage was an absolute gift to the soul.

ALL the love for a winning, smiling Wout van Aert, for Mads Pedersen resplendent in Ciclamino and for every minute of this stage.

What a beautiful, beautiful sport this is.

My new cup awarding goal (for any race) is to have a podium of all cupworthy riders.

However, I can’t compromise cupworthy criteria and give cups to people not worthy just because they are more likely to be on a podium.

Character, kindness, generosity, bravery and humanity matter.

One of the aspects that I love and admire the most about Van Aert is that he is human. While I am heartbroken for him that he didn't win I love and admire him all the more for his very human reaction.

(I'm also very happy for Powless- who is also a good human)
