Hey everyone, I know I haven’t been around much, but I have had to make a tough decision that has really upset me and so I am taking a break from social media. Please try to be kind and respectful in the meantime

Can we as a group of people stop guilting people who are feeling awful by not reminding them of everyone that has it worse. I am depressed and anxious as is, I don’t need to be told or reminded that people in California are dealing with major fires and that i shouldn’t complain
