Three's a charm. Switched up my Japanese milk bread recipe and it turned out exactly how I had hoped. I used Dini Kodippili's recipe (see link posted in thread). I used the 2X option for 2 loaves (it converts for the dinner roll method as well).

This is one case where the long ball might be a strategy (using Barker's and Knox's speed). Just now Carmarthen had 6 players beyond half in the Wrexham end. Almost need to draw them forward in a false retreat to beat the 'parked bus defense'? Just a thought. #askwxm
