This announcement around Orsted's Hornsea 3 wind farm is great to see. I've been working to support UK company Severfield enter the offshore wind market via the OWGP WEST programme.
Great to see this important UK Steel report published, including LumenEE research into the scale of the offshore wind opportunity. Delivering the UK's offshore wind pipeline will require up to 25 million tonnes of steel between 2026 & 2050.

Today the UK Government announced latest CfD auction results. The bulk of coverage is positive, based on the record capacity awarded. However, I think this rosy outlook obscures some problems that need addressing.

Today the UK Government announced latest CfD auction results. The bulk of coverage is positive, based on the record capacity awarded. However, I think this rosy outlook obscures some problems that need addressing.
