- First floor water intrusion
- Toilet shutoff valve slightly leaking
- Toilet hand wash spout broken
- Electrical outlet for a washlet

So about this thing...I bought it back in September.
It's a small 3LK house (~1000sq/ft) about an hours train ride from Namba Station in Osaka.
I bought is as a place to share with friends who may be traveling in Japan. A reset stop and springboard for larger adventures.
