I spent the day throwing mugs and I’m super pleased with the results! I worked my way through a whole bag of clay today, which feels like a really good pace for me. The next steps are trimming and handling these babies! 🌈🩷#art #pottery #ceramics #ceramicart #mugs #handmademugs

Other than the dark on the left, which is natural grey merino blended with dyed black, these are 100% natural undyed wools used for each of our mouse shades. Sheep breeds are Finnish, Merino, Shetland and Blue Faced Leicester. The white stuffing is Galway Native breed.

I’m loading up a bisque kiln today! This is the first firing before the design and glaze work. Then they’ll all be fired again at a higher temp!
