Transgenerational trauma is a bitch - you've gotten a great childhood and still can't get out of bed.

Every few weeks my therapist and I have what I call “A Sony Spider-Man Session” because there’s nothing new to say but it’s best to keep the franchise alive

After learning about the new strategies wants to try with me and talking a lot about it with my parents and friends I did the only sensible thing - I stayed up all night, read about the methods and causes, etc. I had four hours of sleep and am not a single step further.
