I probably don't get all the nuance of this issue, but with the right shifts could voice acting in video games be elevated by AI? Pay the actor well for training data, they work 1 hour instead of dozens, and are compensated for the talented, high-quality, iconic voice + permission to use it.

I feel like one effective opposition tactic against militarized areas is to have groups of veterans gather with megaphones and talk to the NG about what's going on, the conflict they may be feeling, and what it means to do the right thing for their conscience, their oath, and their country.

Great thread. Things are horrible and will get worse BUT the regime is failing and we can topple it if we are bold. Do not despair—act.
Two things can be true:
1) this administration is causing & will cause incalculable damage & death to vulnerable people, and eventually to everyone except maybe the oligarchs. It is a horror show beyond many of our wildest previous imaginings

I think it's irresponsible to publish statistics without normalizing them (absent an explicit good reason), e.g. rates in the population should be per-capita, prices over time should be indexed to inflation.
Inflation has been 24% since 2020. Isn't this.. wrong?
