If the NBA will never slim down the 82 game season, and resting players/injuries is such an issue, I think adding a roster spot and implementing more of a hockey line rotation should become regular season norm. Or at least 10-12 players playing for each team each night.

Cam Witmore + Wendel Carter jr sounds like a solid start of a team. I used to do expansion drafts in past years of 2k and the NBA is the deepest it’s ever been
