i’m on amtrak rn and the girl sitting next to me has a stuffy nose to the point where she’s primarily breathing through her mouth and the other girl in my row has a mucusy crackle cough and a box of tissues on her tray table

I see a lot of people talk about the environmental costs of AI. I don't see as much about the human exploitation behind it.

i find the connection between people’s unwillingness to critically engage with how they continually uphold the systems they are aware of and may be against (conversationally or as a personal brand) and how the recent election went pretty interesting
