One of the most concise, easy to grasp, explanations I've ever seen or heard. Many of you will know this stuff, but it can be helpful for friends, family, coworkers who repeat nonsense about AI and you're tired of explaining things... www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5B9... #AI #claude #copilot #llm

Modeling 3 different AD forests for different clients. Unique OU structures, naming conventions, departments, titles, locations, etc. Just ask AI to generate each CSV for lab import. Saved me enough time to argue politics with family and use the restroom while gloating over winning the argument.

TIL - "Scale and Stack" - noun, refers to the product development cycle of scaling out features, then stacking them into new management features, or new products. Add 1000 new security roles? Create a new app to manage them.

idk why, but a GUI updater just never excites me like "sudo nala upgrade -y" or yum, dnf, etc. Maybe it's like driving a stick shift vs an automatic. Or cooking a meal from scratch vs frozen+microwave. Will AI sentient platforms ever get nostalgic.

Maybe northern folks will argue with me, but I don't believe water is supposed to be hard. If I can't swim in it without dying, it's not right.

Let's take a moment to give thanks to the good things WSUS brought us. I am kind of joking. I won't miss most of it. But I will miss the product-based filtering. Maybe someday Azure Update Manager will gain that capability. 2 steps fwd, 1 step back. Modern progress.

This annoys TF out of me. Violates 437 laws of basic UX design. Just put down the ivermectin vape juice and flatten this mess out. A sub-menu for a total of 6 items should be punishable by crotch taser and pepperspray.

I may or may not have once told someone who was thinking of changing from construction to IT work: "It's pretty much the same. Except, when a coworker pisses you off, you can't just kick their ass during lunchtime, you have to say 'I'll consider that.' and walk away"
