I got some ADHD meds & my brain is just a calmer, clearer place. Relieved. PS I want to go to Japan with Smol one day. This is a wisteria tree & I have to see it and the cherry blossom before I die.

Little mossy mounds on dry stone wall. Wouldn’t you have to touch them? I’ve always loved the tactile nature of, well, nature. Grass seed heads, tree bark, tufts of wool snagged on fences, a passing suitably furry dog…

In other news, my ADHD medication is running out at exactly the wrong time. Down from 50/60 to 20mg & yes, I have strategies but they are not same.
Asking people w ADHD to replace meds w tools & activities that require time, independence & often cash is inherently privileged. Just like a diagnosis
