The one thing that has struck me most about the United States right now, is not Trump's brazen and ruthless dismantling of democracy, systems and people, it's the fact the United States is either too afraid or genuinely powerless to do anything about it.

As an Australian, I've always wondered why turkey is eaten for Thanksgiving in America.
Today I finally looked it up and found out that eating the plentiful turkeys made America great... the first time.
