The government has killed 32 people in 7 strikes with no evidence they were traffickers. The admiral leading the mission quit. If we had proof, they’d face a court, not a drone.

The law still applies, even to suspected drug traffickers, and right now, the Administration’s story isn’t adding up.

this story has everything: the war on cars. entitled BMW owners. rules vs standards. hustling SF app developers.
S.F. residents had parked in their driveways for years. Then someone started snitching
For decades, residents have squeezed their cars into driveways in San Francisco. Often the tail ends of the vehicles would extend to the sidewalk. Nobody ever protested. Until about six months ago.

in b4 the court limits nationwide 23(b)(2) class actions on the shadow docket: the court promulgates the FRCP and could change the rules by rulemaking. they do it the other way because they like weighing in on big issues strategically, to help their friends

Mamdani on "globalize the intifada": "That's not language that I used. The language that I used and the language that I will continue to use to lead the city is that which speaks clearly to my intent, which is an intent grounded in a belief in universal human rights."
