The secret to managing email from non-profits and businesses is to have a filter on the word "unsubscribe" that automatically shunts any email with that word in it out of my inbox and into a specific side folder. Then they don't clutter up my inbox and I can deal with them at my leisure.
Based on my experience with charitable giving, you must get so much mail begging various causes.
