Can confirm. I had made the Dover Demon be extremely "nope"-worthy and made it very dangerous to approach. This was the rare moment I had as a DM where I was given pause. I didn't expect one of my players to casually waltz up to it, let alone jam their arm down its throat.
At one point they were trying to bring in cryptids that had gotten loose from their containment cells. And while the park ranger managed to calm down the hoop snake, Harmony decided the best way to deal with the Dover Demon was to ram a kevlar-clad glove into its mouth, grab its tongue and yank.
