P.S. my mum got a snoozeband for Christmas as she has trouble sleeping. She now tries to not pick up her phone when she wakes up and instead puts on the sound of ocean waves and falls back asleep really quickly! Hope your mum doesn’t have stuff on her mind that keeps her awake. 🐾🧡
