Thanks so much to @ellaharding.illustrates (Insta) for the beautiful illustration.

Experiencing one of my worst PMDD flare ups the past 48 hours and had to take a mental health day to recuperate. Seems like as good as time as ever to mention that April is #pmddawarenessmonth.

Him, making the bed: babe...did you buy more pillows?

Me, blocking his view of my throw pillow garden: no, of course not

You know it’s serious when this introvert willingly leaves the house… alone… to be around people. But guess what? I survived—and I even did the thing!

Today I ate lunch alone at work and then cracked open a new book. I have never felt more seen and sad at the same time.

I will forever now call them water sausages.
Cuddling a water sausage.

Today is my celebratory 5 year “alive” anniversary. I wear a semicolon now less to remind myself and more to remind others that you are not alone. Take care of yourself and check in on your people. Prioritize your mental health. Especially now.

As your friendly neighborhood feed builder, I have a pretty good pulse on the overall tone and mental health of Bluesky #Idaho. On that basis, let me just say:

We need to be posting more pictures of #pets and #mountains...

After getting some rest, I am in awe of everyone who continues to lift their voice and speak out. This is a moment for our country, and we must make a choice about the America we want to be.

On Transgender Day of Visibility, we honor the courage it takes to serve—and the courage it takes to live authentically.

At VoteVets, we believe anyone willing and able to serve this country should have that right.

Their service is real. Their sacrifice is equal. Their commitment is undeniable.

I have never experienced a Treefort this large and it feels so vibrant. Way to go Boise!

My seasonal depression just rolled over to normal depression and I am trying to determine if it is perimenopause or (gestures around) all this.

Beautiful day today. Met my husband downtown for lunch and ate outside. Friday weather? 25 degrees cooler and rain. That sums up Idaho weather for you.

A long time ago when digging into my genealogy I did a 23andMe test. I just deleted all my data and account.

It’s something small but I appreciated this little glimmer of Spring today.

What in the tree sex Hell is happening outside right now? My allergies are rioting and I see no blooms.

I can’t stress enough how important it is for your mental health to take breaks from the internet, make plans with your loved ones, take up a craft or hobby, read for pleasure. Our brains were not made to be online 24 hours a day. You will not regret a life spent in this world.

My latest and largest pottery piece so far. A little unpredictable glaze reaction but I love it.

Working a production show out of town always completely depletes me. I don’t know how people tour full time. Just slept for 12 hours straight.

Going to Vegas for work is wild. I’m pretty sure I only breathed fresh air a total of 3 times the entire week.

Something positive today: the neighbors are starting to migrate to their front lawns again and the bulbs are coming up that I planted last Fall. Spring is coming!
