Just wanted to take a quick moment to remind that it is preemie awareness month. I am the mom of a former 24 weeker that spent 105 days in the NICU. Without organizations like Hand To Hold and the wonderful medical professionals that helped us through, it am not sure how we would have done it.

As a parent, I feel this picture.
