We are homo sapiens, we are made to hunt outside, run from and kill our predators, not sit in front of a screen for hours (it’s true whatever you say)today we are not chased by a lion but by the rent, food and bills
You don’t get endorphins for free, you have to earn them
If you’re having anxiety or anything, go out for running in nature , whenever you find time, make yourself so tired that your mind does not have energy to think
1-2 miles in, your thoughts settle down, 3-4 miles , it’s all calm, you sit to rest,you find your mind calm,zero thoughts , no meds needed
