healthcare is personal. folks who deliver it well leverage segmentation to ensure the right care / 'next best actions' are targeted to the right patients. by removing key variables, it's harder to deliver appropriate, personalized care.

also worth noting that migration, in many cases, is what increases birth rates; the two are not at odds (unless you’re using birth rates as a cover for racism). migrants from countries with higher birth rates take those with them for a period, driving the total fertility rate up.
I'm just going to keep noting that the owner and operator of Twitter -- the social media that too many politicians and pundits use to determine what's "normal" -- keeps on pushing the white supremacist Great Replacement Theory that has been the motivation for multiple mass shootings in this country.
