Today’s Chart of the Day shows AI traffic May-Oct this year & my older son pointed out to me that usage plunged at the start of June & recovered to May levels in Sept. This correlates with the academic year. Heavy usage from students will be hard for AI companies to monetise:

My great great great grandfather Admiral Lord Alexander Cochrane commanded the fleet that set fire to the White House in the war of 1812 & I don't think they managed to do as much damage to it as Trump is doing right now. Sad to see.
