At this point I'd rather Spurs made a play for Kobbie Mainoo than overpaying for a fine but not elite #10. If a talent like him comes on the market for a club like Spurs, even if it's not the ideal fit, I think you figure it out later & play an early Klopp/Howe style midfield 3 until Kulu returns

Spurs now have a real dilemma with the Europa League squad. I'm assuming Tel replaces Werner and Danso replaces Dragusin like for like due to injuries/form, which leaves only 1 more change; either Kinsky replaces Forster or someone drops out for Spence (Odobert?)

Tottenham Hotspur are unbeaten in their past 16 Boxing Day fixtures, winning 12 and drawing 4 of their matches dating back to the 03/04 season. This is the longest such unbeaten streak in England's top 4 leagues & double that of Stockport & Carlisle in 2nd place, who are unbeaten in 8. #COYS
