I briefly revised an account on X, since I work in AI these days, and wanted to evaluate Grok. It's awful, and X is a bigger cesspool than ever. In addition to ethical problems, Grok trails way behind other major platforms (IMHO). Acct closed.

I remember when I was growing up near Charleston, WV, we had to evacuate our house because of chlorine leaks at Union Carbide. Additionally, my mom and I picketed (attached) the governor because the ice in our freezers would not freeze, but we were drinking it. National policy is going in reverse.

Definitely something to watch. The move to private equity firms could have positive or negative effects on service availability and quality. It certainly shows #autism services are prime areas for investment. We need more VC investment in innovation and supports.

My actual graduate work focused on auditory psychophysics and neuroscience. Yet, I’d never considered the possible developmental consequences of noise-reducing technologies. Certainly needs more focus for research. #neuroscience
