I’m in Japan at the moment and have a little time to update the blog here about all the fun we had making Noren a couple of weeks ago. First a few photos of my workshop sample… This panel is an unusual stiff and heavy silk organza that was treated with kakishibu and overdyed with indigo before sashiko stitching. I found the silk a few years ago in Japan.

The hope, is, if we as a democracy aren’t completely gutted that all this shit rallies and pulls in close and better unites.
