To take my mind off the horrors of current events, and not quite ready to dive into the last season of Stranger Things, I started watching #ThePitt this week and am totally hooked. It's not for the squeamish. I'm managing, but I do wince at some of the more graphic medical stuff.

Spent much of the day doomscrolling. Took a walk to clear my head, get some exercise, and soak up some vitamin D. It was a nice respite, but the reality of how far our country has sunk can't be avoided for long. I'm just so heartsick and anxious right now. #realitysucks
