Today, SB 627 & SB 805 passed the Asm. Public Safety Committee. These bills which will prohibit officers from wearing masks & ensure they are displaying identification, are part of the proposed expedited immigration package that will provide additional protections for our immigrant communities.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy charity to support, I highly recommend the ACLU. They’ve been protecting civil rights—like free speech, voting access, and equal treatment—for over 100 years. They do great legal and advocacy work nationwide and in local communities.
