By moving to rescind the Biden Admin’s #PublicCharge rule, which largely restored long-standing policy after courts blocked a harmful rule put forward in the first Trump rule, the Administration is reigniting fear and confusion among people who are immigrants and their families.

I’m saddened that this week HHS’ rule went into effect, taking away eligibility for the ACA marketplace from people with DACA (coverage for those enrolled via HealthCare.gov will end before Oct. 1).

The Senate quietly stripped veterans, people experiencing homelessness, and young people who recently aged out of foster care of their current exemptions from SNAP's harsh work requirement. CBO estimates this change alone would cut 270,000 people off SNAP. thehill.com/opinion/cong...

Americans struggling to get by will pay more for groceries & health care so the highest income families can get big tax cuts. This isn’t shared sacrifice.
