Some of my fav memories as a kid are of watching SCTV w/my sibs & laughing so hard we’d be sobbing. Catherine O’Hara was a big reason why. :)
She kept us laughing for a lifetime.

So apparently they’re keeping three of the native guys in jail because they’re trying to use them as hostage negotiations. They want to release these guys only if Ice is let on the reserve.

It’s a shame I hadn’t heard Small Town Titans’ heavy metal cover of “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” before this year’s 885 countdown. Definitely a contender. :)

A long shot, but I was hoping I might hear their cover of “You Only Live Twice.”

Haha! Another case of the cover surpassing the original. :) Prince may have written it, but Sinéad brought it to life.

Thanks to everyone who made this year’s #xpncountdown possible. With work parked on screech, I wasn’t able to participate much, but I was listening whenever I could & enjoying every minute. :) Always a pleasure, @wxpnfm.bsky.social
Long may you run. 🙏🏻🎶
