i keep darj fairly vanilla bc i prefer it that way & most masc clothing mods don't fill in any gaps for me. he's just more muscular with fangs.
peony is much more evident and well, 80% of her base mods portray her transness [to me], and my favorite outfits fill in a desire for cultural clothing

I suppose this is more for the player: If you use mods, why?
For me it's about having my character properly shown in the game. The game has a serious lack of styles for PoC characters and the ones we do have are so unserious.

the way it took 3 weeks to fill my prescription because neither the pharmacy, the doctor, or the insurance company did anything with it until i had to prompt all of them. the pharmacy didn't even call me about the reason it wasn't filled, i had to investigate it myself _(:3
