First audiobook of the year is Ministry of atone by @kalianebradley5.bsky.social. Only 2 and a bit hours in, but it’s shaping up to be a corker. Wonderful prose and an addictive story.

I’m thrilled to share my final ethics column for the British Dental Journal after 5 wonderful years. Grateful for the journey, the readers, and the thought-provoking discussions we’ve had. New projects are brewing for 2025—stay tuned!

Practitioner autonomy is important as well. We shouldn’t feel pressured into carrying out treatment that isn’t in the best interest of the patient.
An excellent analysis of a complex situation @shaunsellars.bsky.social
Curious: Thoughts when patients are aware of their rights, but not so aware of the clinician's duty of care, best practice guidelines & the potential liability issues that might arise out of suggesting 'traditional' Rx methods?
