Nests are built by the female: A robust cup made of twigs & lined with mud.
Found low in dense shrubs, nests will host multiple broods through the season.

We call em the Fiddlers. Play on their wings as they march, so keep your ears open - you want to watch where you tread. Step on a Fiddler and they'll take every hair on your head to make new strings to play, and truly, I can't blame em. Always did like music.

Despite spending a few hours in the hide since returning home, I've not had any more luck with this individual in the woodland.
There's now a second pine marten visiting, which has been picked up on the trailcam we have up there.
