I’ve been frying turkeys with my dad since I was 10 years old.
Since my dad passed 2016, I haven’t had the heart to fry one on Thanksgiving. One year I hope that changes

Before my mom passed, I wanted to get from her two recipes very important to me:
-Tea Cakes
-Broccoli & Cheese Casserole
Unfortunately, the recipes died w/ her…
And all I have are memories of their taste for me to recreate from scratch.
