And meanwhile, the best French minds in science are pursuing careers abroad (Germany, China) where working conditions are much better, and they are absolutely right to do so! 😬
France is making a move to recruit the best minds in science.

Other countries, the US included, should welcome this enhanced competition.

But this €30M investment (see below) is way too low for this effort to have a significant impact.
