The Streisand effect in full force: I learned about Pixelfed as an alternative to Instagram because I saw an article about how Meta is censoring links to it. Looks like a good option!
How to Move Your Instagram Feed to Pixelfed, the Photo App That Doesn't Track Your Every Move
The decentralized Instagram alternative is a great option if you want to back up your feed, focus on photo-sharing, or cut loose from Meta's empire entirely. And making the leap is surprisingly easy.

Fun fact: If someone quotes a post of yours in a way that is unwelcome (as is commonplace on Twitter/X) there is a tool to combat the unwanted attention. Simply click the three dot menu on the quote post & click "Detach quote". This removes your post from their quote post. Useful to know, do share!

Absolutely. LLMs don’t know things - they say things. Or more accurately, remix things.
Look at the language. Over and over again, imputes a sort of cognitive agency that LLMs simply don't have.

"I’m piecing together"

"I’m noting"

"I’m thinking through"

"I noticed that"

"Hmm, I’m thinking about"

LLM's don't note, think, or notice.
