Is it efficient to create an additional layer of bureaucracy named “Departament of Government Efficiency”?

I was extremely active on twitter but I simply cannot stand that app anymore. The fact id be putting money in the pockets of a dude who just bought an election is one thing. But the bots and constant suppression of anti Elon stuff are what did it for me. It was supposed to be unbiased right?
