📢Our mother-child bonding paper is out in @plosone.org!

In 2020 we developed a new tool to measure bonding, assessed its underlying constructs with structural equations and regression, showing bonding is affected by mode of birth and maternal depression.

I can't recommend this scheme enough - working with my MP and having him visit the LSHTM, give a talk and meet my colleagues (and doing the same in Parliament) was a fantastic experience with positive consequences. @royalsociety.org

The annual @JohnSnowSociety Pumphandle Lecture is always a fantastic event, this year given by the former @WHO Chief Scientist Dr Soumya Swaminathan @doctorsoumya

My role, to introduce Dr Soumya in the ceremonial removal of the handle of a replica water pump was worth all the dress rehearsals.
