Played Wyrmspan this evening with friends. I expected a GIANT stomping in score difference and was not disappointed: Five players with a difference of 80 points between first and last place! (At least I was squarely in the middle!)

We pulled out Castles of Burgundy to teach two of our sons earlier this week. They both liked it and did well for their first time, but one was less than excited by the prospect of being lapped by their dad! (Due to time constraints, we had to quit after the 3rd phase.)

Played Nimble #ttrpg yesterday (sounded like the introductory scenario). Interesting mechanics & a nice light system. Looking forward to seeing what trouble my stoatling zephyr can get in to.

Yesterday we played three new (to us) games: Nature, Roll for the Galaxy, and Dragonwood.
Nature I’d be interested in playing with expansions; RftG took me a bit to grok, but I managed to not come in last place & would play again; Dragonwood is a light & easy filler card game.

Went to @nuke-con.com this past weekend & ran several games. For the first time, all of them ran. Only had time to play in one game, but it was by @jackboxgames.com, so I was happy! Definitely expect to get Party Pack 11 when it releases!

Five player Kavango tonight - makes for a bit more of a challenge than 3 or 4 players. I did ok - 3rd place. The research cards on the third round were just brutal & almost impossible for my preserve!

Two rounds of each: Our son trashed us on his first playthrough of Coral & my husband won the second. Vicious Gardens was a tie the first round (not me) and I won the second, even though I had fewer victory cards.

Played Shuffle Dungeons and Vantage today. Shuffle Dungeons we won, only because all 4 of us were in the attack area - I wasn’t connected to any other dungeon areas. Vantage we had an epic win - mission was done by middle of turn 3, so we pressed on for the destiny completion.

We played VOID: The Cooperative Card Game this evening. Trying to get it down well enough to run, at least partially, at a con in about a month. We managed to win this time, but only by one turn. I love it when we just eke a win out!

Tales from the Red Dragon Inn last night. We expected to be slaughtered with not gear allowed and bad guys going more frequently than us.
