I have acquired 1 cold, complete with sore throat, low grade fever (why is it so cold man?), and aches. I would like to exchange this for health. Please? Or just purchase cuddles to make feel better because life also sucks for other reasons.

Started going to the gym with @xideron.bsky.social and I'm down about 7 lbs (3.175 kg) in a week. Its not a lot, but its progress and it feels good. I'm excited to keep pushing myself and working hard.

Appreciate the other medical prof at my dad's appointment giving a shout out to me for all the effort I've put in to getting and keeping my dad healthy after the doc put all the praise on him, especially considering how little he's actually doing to care for himself.

I have done my yearly big visit to the vampires. Many vials stolen, heart echoed, and all that jazz. I got to confuse them because I forgot to change my name in the booking system, so I was still under my maiden name but the paperwork was under my married name. 😅
