Your question made me review memories. Christine Jorgensen stories when I was a kid, Boys Don’t Cry - made me cry, trans members of my family, friends, work colleagues, a patient I worked with. Following trans people on social media educated me and caused me to speak up when others made comments.

My first reaction to stumbling into a newspaper article like this is to assume it’s parody. Thank you for your insight. These people are so far gone, it’s like they’re a parallel species of destruction.

This makes me sad and angry, I always looked forward to what you had to say and the passion you put behind it. I’ll always remember your story of how Harvard came to find you in Boulder bc you were special. I will find you where you land. MSNBC should be ashamed.

People who voted for trump already had no faith in govt and little knowledge of how much govt does to maintain society. Many also have never been around true experts or people who believe in doing a good job. They surround themselves with people of dubious character and think the world runs on it.
