This, on Xwitter would result in divisive debate, but I’m really interested what others think on here where there is a positive approach. I teach in a SEND school that has a therapeutic approach to behaviour and generally it’s very successful. Love to hear thoughts
I've had a few interesting DMs about this so far, most agreeing that this is what tends to happen.
But what about the other side of the coin? Has anyone had a good experience with this? What is needed for restorative practice to work?
