Today I went to the second post-wrist-surgery followup medical appointment and got a signed paper that HR at work accepted to let me go back to work.

Wrist surgery on Wednesday went quite well and
I'm in a smaller cast now than before, which I appreciate.

As I wrote on another site, on Sunday I tripped and fell in the parking lot and landed on my left hand. Turned out I broke the wrist, displacing some bones, and the ER doctor was only partly able to put them back. A hand/wrist specialist yesterday recommended surgery, so that's next Wednesday.

Remy is also very good, except when chewing on acorns, twigs, and other random stuff off the ground.

Daisy is very good (except when she decides to bark at everything she hears outside the front door).

Alvogen has recalled fentanyl patches bc of a manufacturing error that resulted in several patches getting stuck together and packaged as a single dose. This poses an overdose risk.

Bc of the current administration’s choices, FDA is unable to share this with the public.
